please don't try to make any sense of it. It'll just give you a headache. Trust me. I'm from NC. I have tried to make sense of some of our stupid laws. There is none. I call it the NC Laws of Relativity; for every law, there is an equal and opposite law somewhere on the books that cancels out the first law. Try it. It really does work out that way in NC. It's messed up.

I'm glad we found out about these agreements between states though. Well, it is news to me anyhow. They probably slipped that in right under our noses. Now that we know about that loophole, it's time to close it. That perpetrator should never have been allowed to even own a gun again after showing how aggressive he was before, much less be allowed a CCP and the chance to murder people. That is just wrong.
