When I read this somewhere other than Yahoo or AP and the spokesperson has been identified, then I will get upset. But "The official, who spoke on a condition of anonymity" doesn't inspire fear in me yet. It may be they are floating this to see the reaction. If so, let's let them know that this is not a good idea.
