Incessant phone calls and letters to his office as well as our reps offices are really all we can do. It is worth the effort as he may drop it, not likely but possible.
I have not been impressed with the prowess of his PR team as they have tried to sell this. I suppose they may do better with a message that makes more sense than equating cuts to earned benefits that will do real harm with slight tax increases on those that have had record profits.
It's hard to sell the real pain this will cause to millions as shared sacrifice when those that call for such things have not and will not sacrifice anything that will affect their opulent lifestyles in the slightest.
