39. just getting rid of 100s, 50s and 20s would seriously slow the underground economy

I'm in the bank every day making deposits and see people all the time making large withdrawls so they can pay there employees under the table. Its funny, you have to fill out a federal form, which includes your social for DEPOSITS above 10K but you can withdraw 10K in cash no problem. Weird huh?
