40. Michael Mike Bloomberg needs to get on this right away.

Poison pillpens are like the bullet that the fame seeking killer of John Lennon attain

they twist and turn in many ways, and the intent is to destroy everything in its path by doing just that like a triple edge sword.

Much like the bullet that killed the kind, meek Dr. Tiller by yet another in a long line of people with guns and bullets who were rightwing extremists taking out anything the rightwing don't like.

Most people only see things that are right in front of them.

Poison penpills see things from all angles and blow them up sky high.

A rightwingers dream would be to stop Gay marriage, any control on guns and Abortions all in one shot.

There has never in American history been anything as dangerous as this amendment.

And I would venture a guess that 99% of America does not even realize it.
The ones that want this are the 1% of America. The NRA.

57 people voted for it though 60 was needed.
People now will be so desperate to get anything, that they will rush to do it, and this amendment will sneak in.

The only thing that could save the nation would be a surprise verdict by this supreme court
Much like the Health Care bill was saved only by John Roberts.
But it is doubtful.

It needs a brand new court to decide it.

One thing is good though-the court is through for 2013. So it would be June 2014 at the earliest, and that give much time for Mayor Bloomberg the great equalizer to mobilize the forces.
Because this single bill can do away with Gay Marriage, Abortions and any form of Gun control ever in the USA if the poisonpillpen passes.

I am thinking if this thing passes, what might end up being a wise move would be for
President Clinton in 2017 to name Mike Bloomberg as Homeland Security director.
And make guns the major focus of the next 8 years after.

as they say, be careful what one wishes.
