When "Jahar" and his brother decided to load up the green car with bombs and then hijack the Mercedes to go "party" in NYC, he wasn't unconscious.

How long does it take to make a phone call between trips from the apartment to the car to load up those IEDs?

Jahar left Dartmouth to return to Cambridge--maybe he "forgot" his laptop and fireworks because he was too stoned?

I can be sober as a judge and forget my reusable grocery bags when I go to the store, or my cellphone when I go out...it happens. You put everything RIGHT BY the door, so you won't forget it, and then waltz out to the car and are halfway down the highway to your destination

I don't know if these guys are accessories BEFORE the fact, but the charging authorities are certain that they are accessories AFTER the fact...for starters, anyway.

Time will reveal all, I'm sure!
