The suspended student faces a maximum of 5 years in prison if found guilty. That is about the same sentence as someone found with 2 joints on them. Does the University suspend them as well. I understand the PR of the University wanting to completely disassociate themselves from this trio but they still need to follow consistent procedures. If they did this, fine. If they did not then shame on them.
