not prosecuting BushCo era crimes, by constantly giving in to the GOP, by alienating his base while continuing to embrace Bush's police state policies, by persecuting whistleblowers, and now, by mishandling these scandals, he has placed the media and even folks like the ACLU firmly against him.

Yeah, he handed the GOP the very tools they need to re-take the senate in 2014. And he will be impeached and convicted for his political incompetence and utterly tone-deaf disregard for liberal policies.
