27. shouldn't this be evidence?

Shouldnt this voice mail message be sufficient evidence that Sheridan would not be a responsible gun owner? Does he legally own guns? Shouldn't LEO have the right to remove any guns that are in his possession, for the safety of the community?
When these sort of right wing misanthropes own and use guns we are all less safe.
