Still, political charities like Tea Party should not be allowed state tax free..easy federal grant money like a real charity.
"Political charities" should not be allowed to steal grant money from real charities or be tax free or give their 'donors' a tax deduction.

They are absolutely not the same. A 501(c)(3) ruling is less complicated than a 501(c)(4).
