9. At least they were tried, our Prisoners in GITMO can not even get that

The article says it is unclear where they were tried, but some sort of trial was held. Something the prisoners at GITMO have been denied over and over again.

On the same page, a different article had the following to say about a different Spy case from 2012, which clearly shows people accused of spying get TRIALS and those Trials are subject to Judicial review, which is more then we are giving the prisoners in GITMO.

Iran's Supreme Court has overturned the death sentence given to an Iranian-American national accused of spying for the CIA and ordered a retrial.

Judges had found the verdict against Amir Mirzai Hekmati was "not complete" and referred his case to an affiliate court, a judiciary spokesman said.
