if the irs is taken out of the equation then the plans can charge anything they wish to since there will be no federal oversight.
by next year the plan should be implemented and people will see the benefits. my wife just got her companies explanation of the new plan and it looks like the same thing i do every year for my medicare plan , drug, and supplement.
