Illegal records tampering by GOP in abortion vote? (UPDATE)

Last night someone may have tampered with the record of the vote on the extremist anti-choice legislation that was successfully filibustered by Wendy Davis.
After trying all sorts of other BS tactics, including running roughshod over procedure and objections from the floor, Texas Taliban Republicans attempted to hold a vote on the bill.
But the vote did not occur before the midnight deadline.
However - someone apparently went into the electronic record of when the vote occurred and ALTERED IT AFTER THE FACT to falsely indicate the vote occurred before midnight.
The photographic proof that this occurred was tweeted by a Texas Congressman. .... Juan Chuy Hinojosa .....

And as he's stated his biggest goal is to end abortion, he just might do so, sad to say.

Here we go again, an attempt to end the filibuster by objection in the form of a question.

Sure enough, the fix was in. The crowed is now taking over the chamber and they cut off the sound.
