I met an old wealthy woman who made a fortune in RE (for many yrs before the recent crash), and who was a still a big time land lady owning many properties.

I listened to her talking at a banquet and was really taken aback.

Beneath her initial and artificial social charm was a psychopath who believed she was entitled to be served by her servants. She sounded extremely Scroogy toward people working for her, and a Marie Antoinette attitude that really made me want to puke. It was like her servants were born to be in lower class and it was a "privilege" for them to serve people like her. Unreal.
