The government, led by the Congress party, is pushing for a massive expansion of the country's food subsidy programme with a new Right to Food Bill.
"Right to food", can't have that because it obviously kills children!
Also, if children need "free" lunch, that diminishes their value, so it really doesn't seem like as much of a loss, just some "undesirables" going away......
