My guess is that the majority of the Democrats now in Congress would vote against impeachment. Mere disagreement with a judge's rulings would generally not be considered a solid basis for removing him or her from office. (Then there's the additional problem that some of the Democrats probably agree with some of the decisions that DUers criticize.)
