A tired, exhausted swimmer pulled himself up on a dock of some Lake Norman ( A cesspool, surrounded by the absolute worst conflation of yuppie maggots and rednecks ever ) home owner. Home owner confronts said swimmer with gun and forces him back in the water. Swimmer drowns. It really happened.
