The Cumulus - Premiere deal is supposedly up at the end of this year.

And as background - Cumulus bought Citadel (the original ABC radio network) a couple years ago.

Meanwhile, Premiere itself is owned by Cumulus rival Clear Channel, which itself owns stations, and Premiere had already renewed Limpball's contract back in 2008 (to go until 2016).

So this would be more of a move of the show to the Clear Channel-owned stations (and any smaller independents who can afford it) and away from the Cumulus-owned stations.

IMHO, the STOP RUSH, etc., effort should continue and just target any new set of stations.
