because it's odd he said nowhere in particular to the patrolman. very odd. most people out of state would say where they were heading! in state, sure, you could say that you were just driving to relax and not have it seem odd. being 1000+ mi from home and he tells the cop he's carrying, and he doesn't know where he's going? you'd think the patrolman would ask if he's alright!
