The NRA would love us all to become blase about this sort of thing so that it gets less attention and just gets swept under the rug. Less attention on shootings and gun violence means less attention on the results of unfettered gun ownership and lack of background checks.

We need to talk about it every time it happens, and keep the spotlight on the roaches.
