The Brotherhood was banned for fifty years or more, and as soon as they got a chance they won Egypt's first democratic election.
The "Interim Prime Minster" (read as, "the generals' lackey"
can do all of the "dissolving" he wants, the Muslim Brotherhood is still not very likely to liquefy for him.
