This program is about mideast surveillance. That Atlantic piece discusses Mr. Friedersdorf's fear that the NSA spies on Americans by having other countries do it for them. That is not THIS program. Nor does the piece say Snowden or GG asserted UK mideast surveillance spies on US. It does not even mention Snowden or Greenwald.
