which seems to be credible, and points at the gov't. Doesn't matter anymore anyway. Everyone now knows the CW is there and it has to be disposed of somehow, given that Hezbollah, Al Qaeda, and a buncha Salafist militias are all there and would all lurvs to get their hands on the stuff. There are no good options left here. The best is a diplo solution brokered by Russia. It's also the least likely.
