10. Elizabeth Warren isn't running...

...I know her finance people (here's a hint: she got a fair amount of her campaign cash from Democratic 1%ers). If she was thinking at all about running, I'd hear about it. And since nobody's going to try to get her to run, the best candidate we can get is going to be from the pool of people who ARE running.
