...but driving a car isn't in the constitution. You don't have the right to drive a car, it's defined as a privilege.

Regardless of how you or I feel about guns, every non-felon who has the mental capacity to buy one has a right to do so.

Denying that right based on a physical handicap would never hold up in even the lowest court. I'm not saying there aren't gun kooks in charge in Iowa, but I think this was a legal decision that will save the state money on a spate of lawsuits it can't possibly win.
