so in the know, can you explain a few things? Why are you getting rebels making claims, Assad wasn't behind the attack? Why don't the Kurds believe your claims? They are claiming they now have video of who made the attacks and now point fingers at an Al Nusra group, which made earlier chemical attacks.

The rebels making the claims about, not knowing what the chemicals were, also claimed they were transferring them to Al Nusra brigades, before they had an accident, which killed several of their fighters. It is well known, these groups don't come under a unified command and some of them work independently. It is also well known the Terrorist groups have better fighters and are more experienced with weapons, than other groups.

The U.S., Britain and France have categorically denied, the rebels have no access, or capability to carry out chemical attacks, but several sources, other than the Russians and Assad regime indicated Al Nusra Brigades were found in possession of amounts of Sarin. Now if what the U.S., France, and Britain claims are true, then just why would these brigades be caught with the substance?

There is also other independent evidence coming from a UN team itself, the U.S. tried to debunk earlier. You forgot the report by the female swedish inspector, having said her team gathered reports from eyewitnesses, including civilian victims.

Then there was a report even from a subordinate official around Ankara, about the apprehension of rebel fighters, whom at first described the substance they found on them was sarin, but this was quickly pulled back by the Erodogen Government, which bought demands from the Russian Government. They demanded that Prime Minister Erodogen release the information. Many of these foreign Terrorists cross the Syrian\Turkey border, and the Erodogen Government is openly supporting them. He has a problem with the Kurds, and has been using these Terrorists to battle the Kurds.

Another independent source, that you seem to deliberately omit, was the allegations by the Iraqi Government and the possession of sarin by Alqaeda Terrorists from Iraq. This brings into the U.S., CIA and General Petraeus. Remember the surge in Iraq, a few years back. The U.S. intelligence agency themselves, reported Alqaeda was behind attacks that produced strange gases and feared that Al Qaeda might have developed that potential, but they weren't sure. These gases came from mortar attacks, by Al Qaeda insurgents, whom were clearly working with Saddam Hussein Loyalists.

Now lets look further at another report, that the Western Media seems to have neglected but has definitely been reported by opposition media. An officer from the Intelligence service of Qatar, was assassinated, but was involved in undercover work, when transported chemical weapons through Libya via Turkey, which supplied the rebels. It is one sides' evidence or allegations against another. I don't know any court room would dismiss evidence, because one side demonizes the character of the other. You need to proof, and your evidence has to stand up in front of the jury. As hard as the one side wants to demonize the other, they need to show the evidence. Until the Obama Administration and John Kerry produces evidence and where they obtained it, I don't believe them.

It is not the case so far from the other side. They have produced such evidence, and even rebels admitting guilt. You have some of the worst killers in the World operating for the rebels, that will do anything. So go ahead and trust these characters. And as far as Mr Menendez, he is bought and payed for by the Israeli lobby in this country. Do anybody really want to put weight on his opinion?
