can the Republican party get any more ridiculous? How on God's green earth can anyone sane vote Republican nowadays and how can they even admit it if they do? The cast of characters they keep parading out keeps getting more and more bizarro. First Palin, then Batshit Bachmann, and now a host of teabaggers who altogether are one strap and buckle short of needing a straight jacket.

I had to turn NBC Nightly "News" off tonight because I was subjected to a) this craziness b)the criminal Bush commenting on President Obama's golfing and c) Chuck "Toad" whose face and voice I can't stomach. Usually I watch McNeil/Lehrer for my news, but somehow ended up with this on the screen until I turned it off.
