K, there were at least 300 kids there on his property, maybe more, and not one of them had permission to be in the house. I hate to break it to you but every kid there, even if they just sat down on the couch and watched, is guilty of criminal trespass. When two or more people are present at a homicide they don't just charge the one person who pulled the trigger or welded the knife, they charge everyone present with the same crime. They are just as guilty as the ones who did the damage with their own hands, even if they only watched it happen. Get it now? The law says it's a crime to knowingly be at an ongoing crime. Plus the rampant drug and alcohol use by what appear to be primarily high school kids. That should be the most disturbing part. It's a wonder no one died.
