this is all they can find on the street and they're starting to get drug sick from waiting too long between doses.
I'm just waiting to see it here in NM. I'm just glad I retired and don't have to deal with it on a day to day basis.
It looks horrible, rotting them from the inside. I think this should be an advertisement for why the drug war needs to be ended.
Then again, I can hear the moralists sneering that without arms and legs, they'll have to get off drugs and return to Jebus.
