21. I didn't know him personally, but he came to a community watch meeting

in my neighborhood in about 2000 or 2001.
Shortly after that he quit the police department.
Someone told me that "wigged out" couldn't handle the stress of the job and became a truck driver.
He had a brother who worked for the department as well at that time.
I myself left the area in 2004.
