And this is what China is doing here. Coming out of this America will have a weakened hand in world financial say. Without profound change that binds Congress to act in a timely manner we can only expect other countries to grab power where they can meaning this is likely a permanent change with unknown damages being the fallout from this ill-advised gambit by Boehner, Cantor and House Republicans.
