won't really have a choice if the Senate comes out with a bipartisan deal. Most people are too stupid to realize that if Boehner simply called a vote, the clean CR would have passed.

But when something comes out of the Senate with 80-something votes, which a compromise legislation would, he won't have a choice but to bring it up and it will pass. It will be untenable for him to not call a vote on something that passed the Senate.

The Senate was always the way through, because they run statewide. And despite Ted Cruz being a raging moron, in general, you get more rationality out of the Senate.
