20. Conservatives hate the courts

The courts uphold the constitution in the face of discrimination. It was the courts that ended the so-loved Jim Crow laws. It was the courts that forced integration. It is the courts that stop the cultural imperialism of the republicans.

Therefore, the court must be destroyed. They make sure people have freedoms. The conservatives don't want that. They want hegemony.
