Failing that, use the now-famous ''Signing Statements'' to declare any portion of legislation they do pass (pork barrel, tax breaks for the rich, etc.) as unconstitutional and state that because of this, you will not enforce it.

In addition to the side benefit of likely killing off a couple of the worse ones in Congress via apoplexy due to the sheer shock they'd suffer from your heretofore unused audacity -- I assure you they'll come crying to you in the end when all those corporate tax breaks and those billionaire bum friend's of theirs goodies get held up because they pissed you off. You know: The New ''Angry Black President'' Obama. The one we've all been looking for and hoping was still alive inside you.
