33. There was another incident similar to this one over the summer

A young black man had been in a car accident and was injured. I can't recall if he had no cell phone or if it wasn't working, anyway he walked to a nearby house, knocked on door, or rang the bell, and was shot by the homeowner who said he felt frightened. Dear Goddess, what a horror.
