It's 77 pages long; search for the term "Voice of Korea." That ought to bring up the DPRK operation, not the South Korean one.

You can search by time of day too. Remember that the time used is UTC. Broadcasts usually come in during the wee hours EST, which could be 0800 - 1000 GMT. It's been a while since I listened.
