there are two ways I can see of looking at the pylons (I have never seen them before in 6 years of being here). One is, they are all on the circle of the concrete outline. The other is that they are making a square (there are four pylons). Either way, he was outside the zone when they grabbed him. He looked like he was trying to move away from that zone when they grabbed him, he was trying to go the other way.
No, I agree with you it wasn't that rough. They sprayed him with mace when he was down, but they didn't really rough him up that bad at all. The thing is, they shouldn't have grabbed him in the first place imho. He wasn't doing anything.
