are blaming Obama for NSA spying it is yet another left-over from the corrupt repug administrations (and this actually went all the way back to Reagan - a surprise to many who thought it originated with 9/11 and the reactionary Patriot Act). I hope the poster will chime in if I misinterpreted, but I think that is what he/she meant.
