The assassination, I believe, was carried out by the mob. I'm glad the article mentioned Carlos Marcello, who isn't mentioned enough in discussions of the assassination but who I believe is central to it. There were also some connections to some RWers in Dallas and part of the CIA, which is where Oswald comes in. Jack Ruby was who the mob sent in to clean up. A lot of good points in this article, though.
