It says that the FF took off on foot when he saw the approaching police officer and police officer chased him down where the fatal confrontation took place. No mention of injuries to cabbie, how the bride learned of this or what happened with the drunk guest the FF was trying to get home safely. I've seen about 4 stories on this and the word "Taser" is not mentioned in any of them, including why the officer would not be carrying a Taser. The way the story keeps changing makes one wonder why.
