I don't necessarily believe it either. Important word, "allegedly."
I've read numerous articles that say the cop performed CPR with no mention of him passing out. I've read one article that said the cop either performed CPR or passed out. And this one Fox article that says he did pass out and no mention of CPR.
Maybe I'm just too jaded by the wannabe-cop George Zimmerman story, who was also allegedly in fear of his life, and allegedly had someone on top of him beating him, and allegedly sustained injuries, and definitely shot an unarmed kid dead.
