raised there in the fifties and sixties. We once made jokes about the snow birds coming in; apparently it's no joke now. Couple of my relatives were politically active in the democratic party and had a democratic senator by the name of carl hayden. The john birchers were mostly mocked at that time; since they believe every poor person, union person and some church people were influenced by communism. Only the rich weren't influenced.

I had many hispanic friends growing up and co-workers. Never really had a problem; but apparently some of those living there now, seem to. arizona has become, in my book, batshite crazy.

President obama's birth certificate copy is from the state of hawaii; and vital records have certified it. My original birth certificate was lost and I had to get a copy. Of course, I'm white! The nuts started this the minute Obama was elected. You can have all of your little conspiracy theories; but the truth is he was born in hawaii, he has a birth certificate and there's an announcement in the hawaiian paper at the time.

Some of the ignorant in this country, makes us look ignorant to the rest of the world. It's also embarrassing that the "liberal" corporate media loves to stir the pot. Any crazy they seem to want to validate. And that includes the swift boat liars against kerry.
