Haven't seen that in relation to synthetic BST. Do you have a link for that? (It does not say anything in the link you provided). I think you are confusing synthetic BST with growth hormones which are sometimes fed to beef cattle.

Some organic milk is ultra pasteurized, not all. And most UHT milk is in fact, not organic.

I did grew up on a dairy farm and drank raw milk. Not the same thing as buying it somewhere else.

We use regular skimmed milk and it often stays in the fridge for a week plus with no problem.
