4. True, but what about expressing breast milk?

It is not "pasteurized" and could get contaminated from a breast pump, bottles, or just sitting in a fridge? Sometimes even a breastfeeding mother cannot give baby her breast. Just playing devils advocate here.

My daughter had a milk allergy as a child. The only milk she could drink was goats milk. They didn't have it in containers on supermarket shelves back then, so I bought it powdered and mixed it with water. I suppose processing it into a powder was the same as pasteurization?
