Disregarding political parties and personally knowing this criminal who unfortunately is my (now disowned) father
I offer up more information on his background and the investigation
He does in fact have kids. 3 sons and myself ranging from ages 15-25. And a LIVING ex wife who divorced him because of his violent behavior throughout their 20 year marriage.
When they raided our house they found 34 videos and 2 pictures containing child pornography, and a pair of children's underwear.
Looking further into this it was not the first time he was caught with underage girls undergarments as it was brought to my attention that he was caught stealing our 14 year old babysitter's bras and underwear 15 years ago.
This morning (being December 18th at approximately 9 a.m) they arrested him.
They then, unfortunately, posted bond and let him go and he is now awaiting trial which could take up to 18 months.
It is also rumored that he may only be charged on 2 counts of possession/trafficking of child pornography despite them usually charging per video/photo found.
He is attempting to write this behavior off on being a "persona" he made up for sexual kicks which included saying he had a sexual relationship with his 10 year old daughter who he referred to many of the pre pubescent girls in the videos/photos as.
EDIT: I would also like to point out, from a politically unbiased point, as briefly addressed in the article AND my personal knowledge this behavior and his actions DO span out to a time BEFORE he joined the Tea Party at a max of between 10-15 years ago. So any implications posted by the site towards the Tea Party are somewhat irrelevant to the actual story.
