so let's kill people... (snarky, I know)

I wonder if we'll get more of the back story on this. Surgery outcomes are not guaranteed. Sometimes human errors or other medical mistakes that occur. There must not have been any corrective procedures available; or he had no insurance, insurance didn't cover it, or they'd already been tried and failed...

Whatever, it was a tragedy that should not have happened.
