Another would be a cynical and mistaken attempt to scoop up the disaffected Hillary voters in '08. Cynical because, in general, a woman who would vote for Hillary Clinton would never vote for Sarah Palin simply because her gender was right; mistaken because Sarah Palin was and is such a huge skidmark in the underwear of American politics.
