get your gov paid-tax credit updated for your insurance.so if you do your yearly taxes with the IRS, you will have to pay the fine at that time.

If you don't make enough income to even file a tax form then nothing to worry about. If you make less than 18k a year or so, the insurance bronze level costs you nothing.
