11. Not a fan of North Dakota neo-Nazis, but this looks like an abuse of the bail system.

This guy had to go to the North Dakota Supreme Court to get bail set at all.

His partner with the same charge had bail set at $50,000.

Interesting also that the judge cites his flight from a hate speech charge in Canada, a crime that doesn't exist in this country, and a crime that consists of saying or writing the wrong thing.

Okay, we don't like this guy, but the legal system should play fair.
