16. Research does seem to suggest that climate change may indeed affect long-term weather patterns.....

.....and possibly has already done so. The deniers may harp on & on about solitary weather events, especially winter weather like this.....but here's the thing they don't get: it's only one single event. The real scientists are discussing long-term trends, and again, the evidence is pointing in the direction of climate change having at least some effect on overall patterns.
